If you are not receiving UbiBot registration verification or alert emails, the message may have been filtered by your email provider or blocked by your organization's email security settings.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
First, please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Quarantine folders.
You can also search your mailbox for the UbiBot sender address: no-reply@email.ubibot.com
If you find a UbiBot email there, mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk and add the sender to your safe sender list.
2. Add UbiBot to Your Email Allowlist
To help ensure UbiBot emails are delivered successfully, we recommend adding all of the following to your email allowlist (whitelist):
- Sender address: no-reply@email.ubibot.com
- Sending domain: email.ubibot.com
- UbiBot domain: ubibot.com
- Sending IP addresses: 69.72.37.127 and 51.81.23.63
If you use a corporate or self-hosted email system, please ask your email or IT administrator to allowlist the sender address, both domains, and both IP addresses.
Your administrator may also need to check the mail server, spam filter, email security system, or quarantine records for blocked UbiBot emails.
3. Check Your UbiBot Settings and Try Again
After updating the allowlist, try sending the email again.
Registration Verification Emails
- Confirm that the email address entered during registration is correct.
- Request a new verification email.
Alert Emails
- Confirm that the alert rule is enabled.
- Make sure Email is selected as a notification method.
- Verify that the recipient email address is correct.
- Trigger a test alert if needed.
If you still do not receive UbiBot emails after completing these steps, please contact UbiBot Technical Support for further assistance.
