If you have plugged in an external sensor, but there is no sign of the external sensor or the data is not updated even if the sensor is displayed, please refer to the following settings.
1 You need to switch on the sensor's information collection function so that the sensor will collect data at the intervals you set up.
In App:
In Console:
2 You need to enable the icon display of the external sensor so that you can see the data of the corresponding sensor under APP and console.
In App:
PS:
Android system: Long press the device name to display the small 'Settings' icon.
iOS system: Swipe left on the device name to display the small 'Settings' icon.
PS:
Green: The icon is displayed whether or not data is uploaded from this sensor.
Blue: The icon is displayed only if there is data uploaded from this sensor.
Red: The icon is not displayed for this sensor anyway。
