If you do not receive a registration verification email or device alert email from UbiBot, the message may have been rejected or filtered by your email provider, or automatically moved to a spam or junk folder. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Check spam, junk, and quarantine folders
First, check the following locations in your mailbox:
- Spam or Junk folder.
- Promotions, Other, or similar filtered folders.
- Quarantine or message review area, especially for corporate email accounts.
- Blocked senders list and any custom mail-filtering rules.
You can also search your mailbox for the following sender address:
Sender address no-reply@email.ubibot.com |
2. Add UbiBot email details to your allowlist
Add the sender address and sending domain below to your safe sender list or allowlist (whitelist). If you use a corporate or self-hosted email system, ask your email administrator to also allowlist the applicable sending server IP address.
Registration verification emails
| Allowlist item | Details |
| Sending server IP address | 69.72.37.127 |
| Sending domain | email.ubibot.com |
| Sender address | no-reply@email.ubibot.com |
Device alert emails
| Allowlist item | Details |
| Sending server IP address | 51.81.23.63 |
| Sending domain | email.ubibot.com |
| Sender address | no-reply@email.ubibot.com |
Recommended To minimize the risk of delivery being blocked, add both IP addresses, the sending domain, and the sender address to the allowlist. |
3. If you use a corporate or self-hosted email system
If your organization uses a corporate email system, a self-hosted email server, or an anti-spam or email security filtering service, ask your email or IT administrator to complete the following checks:
- Allow inbound messages from 69.72.37.127 and 51.81.23.63;
- Add email.ubibot.com to the domain allowlist;
- Add no-reply@email.ubibot.com to the safe sender list;
- Review the mail gateway, firewall rules, spam filter, and quarantine or rejection logs for blocked or rejected messages.
Registration verification emails and device alert emails use different sending server IP addresses, so both IP addresses should be added to the allowlist.
4. Verify your email address and alert settings
If you still do not receive the email after updating the allowlist, check the following:
- Confirm that the email address entered during registration is correct.
- Make sure the mailbox has not reached its storage limit.
- Try resending the registration verification email.
- Confirm that the device alert rule is enabled.
- Make sure Email is selected as an alert notification method.
- Verify that the alert recipient email address is correct.
- Review the alert or notification history for failed email delivery, if this information is available.
After completing these checks, resend the registration verification email or trigger a test alert to confirm whether email delivery is working.
5. Still not receiving emails?
Contact UbiBot Technical Support and provide the following information so that the email delivery status can be investigated:
- The email address used for registration or configured as the alert recipient.
- The type of missing email: registration verification email or device alert email.
- The approximate date and time the email should have been sent, including your time zone.
- The device serial number, channel ID, or alert rule name, if applicable.
- Any rejection, quarantine, or blocked-message records from your email system, if available.
Security reminder Do not share your email password, verification code, or other account security information on a public page or in an unsecured message. |
