After the device is successfully configured, network latency may cause a delay in data uploads. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
The system has a default data synchronization interval. Check the data after the next scheduled sync cycle.
Press the device’s power button/function button (refer to the user manual for details) to manually upload the data.
If there is still no data uploaded, restore the device to factory settings and reconfigure it.
