The difference between Mini-USB and Micro-USB ports on WS1

The mini and micro ports cannot work the same time. Both mini and micro ports can be used for power supply.
For external DS18B20 temperature probe, you will need to connect it to the micro-usb port.
If you want both temperature probe and micro-usb power supply at the same time, you will need the micro-usb splitter.
