Configure device to accept pings

We are trying to add the device to our internal monitoring solution. We have managed to obtain the IP address of the device however the device does not ping. Is there anyway we can configure this?

  Hi there

  Keeping the device network in active status increases the power consumption of the device, thus increases the temperature internally. This will reduce the accuracy of temperature sensor.  You can use "Get Channels" API to obtain network status of devices ( https://www.ubibot.com/platform-api/1113/get-channels/ )
