Temperature Update Frequency with DS18B20 Probe

I am using the WS1 Pro with 2 of the DS18B20 temperature sensors.  I am using this to monitor the temperatures of liquid in two separate vessels.  My question is regarding the frequency of the temperature reading update.  Is there a way to adjust this? 

I would like to see the temperature in real time as we have high temperature limits and want to be able to set alarms so we know when we get to our set point.  I know the data sync can be set to a min of every 1 minute.  Is the frequency of the temperature sensor update tied to this?

  Dear Customer,

  If you want to see the data of the UbiBot device in real time, you can set the interval of data sync you prefer. The min interval can be set to 1 minute. The "Data Sync Interval" is the interval of data acquisition, for example, when you set it to 1 minute, then collect data every minute. Meanwhile, you also have to change the data synchronization time of your external temperature (DS18B20 ) to the same time as the data sync interval, so that your external temperature sensor data can be collected every minute.
