Keeps going Offline

Hi, The Ubibot WS1 Pro SMS is working well most of the time, but a few times (Twice this week) I get the Offline mor ethan an Hour warning, on 12 aug off 0338  on 04.38, on 14 aug offline 0843 on 0938.  The Mac Address is 0c:ae:7d:ea:99:49   Greatful for suggestions as to why and what to do.
