Enabling alerts to messenger (groups) like Signal natively

Hello Team,

how about alerting via messenger services like signal and others for those who are not using whatsapp? One could do API-Calls with self-hosted Signal-API-Server, but would be more convenient to use it inside your console-Services. Thank you.
