I want to know if this specific alert can be built. 

Here is the use case.

I have 3 alerts, when temp gets to 78℉, 82℉ and 86℉. Also also want to setup an alert when temp comes down. Example when temp is lower than 78℉, 82℉ and 86℉.

My question is with the 86℉ alert generate everytime over and over if temp is below that number? If so is it possible to give it a range like 84℉ to 86℉ or = to 84℉?
