Credit Charges - Price Hike?!
I logged in to our Ubibot account to keep an eye on our remaining credits to ensure we have enough. I was shocked to see that our balance had gone drastically down and I can see that the reason for this is because of the credit consumption for a call. When we first deployed ubibot as a solution to monitor our comms room temperature last year, it cost 0.16 credits for an automated phone call to alert us of rising temperature. This is now costing 11.11 credits and nothing has changed. That's an increase of 6843%. Converted to USD, that's 11 dollars a call. I've contacted support who have acknowledged that this isn't normal - they've told me to contact the mobile phone operator / service provider. Here's the twist - it's through UbiBot that this service is provided! There's no SIM involved and it's an action feature in the rules!
Hoping someone can shed some light or check to see if the same is happening to them - I've been waiting 9 days for a valid response.
