Extracting / Exporting Historical Sensor Data

Our WS1Pro was set up months ago by an employee who left the company last month. When that employee left, we had to transfer the sensor from her account to her replacement's account, as the leaving employee would no longer have access to company email.

Now when we run reports, instead of seeing the multiple months of data that were there originally, we are only able to see data as far back as the date of the device/account transfer (last month). Even though it's the same sensor, is the historical data no longer accessible after the account transfer? And if not, does UbiBot have any other method to view/retrieve historical sensor data / logging reports from before the account transfer?
