User logging / general security

We operate in a highly audited environment. The lack of user logging is limiting where we can use the UbiBot system. Our specific specification for user logging is 

“Use of secure, computer-generated, time-stamped audit trails to independently record the                   date and time of operator entries and actions that create, modify, or delete electronic records.”

Hopefully other users would find this useful.
