Download limits on the cloud platform - why?
The limit on the amount of data that can be downloaded from the cloud platform in a single "chunk", is very small and makes it difficult and laborious to download a long period of data for offline analysis. This has to be accomplished by downloading many separate chunks and recombining later. Given that the amounts of data are small even for very long periods, the limit seems to be unneccesary.

Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback.
The limitation of one time download is 8,000 rows of data. If you need download of large amount of data at a time, you can to to the Data import/export page and select "all" from the Scale option. Each device comes with 3 times free download of all data at a time per month.
You can also use the Auto Sync Googlesheet feature which is new released. By combining your Ubibot account and your google account, all the data can be synced to the Google Drive in a CSV format file. Here is the instructions on how to use it. https://www.ubibot.io/platform-api/3194/autosync-google-sheetsbeta/
Hope this helps.
Regards
Linda
