    You can change the linked email in the "account" page both on the App and the web console.

    A verification code will be sent to your current email address. Please fill in the verification code and then follow the onscreen instructions.

    If you don't see the verification email, please check your spam.

    What about if the linked email does no longer exist or has been inactivated and you want to link the account to the new e-mail address/

    Thank you for contacting the UbiBot team.

     

    If you can't log in to the previous account and this email address has been suspended, we can help you unbind the device from the previous account,then you can bind a new account for your device.

     

    Please note, the device requires to be turned off more than 120 hours before disassociation for security reasons. And let me know when your device has cooled for more than 120 hours(don't turn on the device before I confirm the unbinding is done). Please note, all your history data will be removed after unbinding the account.

     

    And please provide the serial number and the access account of your device,thank you.
