Missing sensor data

The ability to create a rule that checks for the lack of data from a specific sensor over a period of time. Then trigger a notification.

f.e.
If there has been no data from the external probe over X amount of time, that might means that the cable is not properly connected so send a notification.

The administrator goes and check the cable, makes sure to connect it back in, everybody is happy :-)
