WS1 "last_values" Field

Is there a way to flatten or extract values from this stringified field?  We have found it very difficult to do so.  Why aren't these separated into their own fields?

  According to your description, you should be talking about api fetch, right, the content and format is fixed because the backend is formatted like this.
