In this condition, please check the following things:
1. Please check if you enabled the "Positioning Function" in your phone. If not, you need to switch it on. Typically, you will see a notification of switching it on when you tap the "setup" button.
2. Please confirm if you have VPN installed on your phone. Some settings of the VPN app may conflict with Ubibot app or forbid its permission to access WiFi information. Please switch off the VPN app and try again.
