Questions about using the UbiBot PC Offline Tools

1. Please go to this link to download our PC tool: https://www.ubibot.com/manuals/2001/pc-tools/

2. Login to PC tool with the same account as your device.

3. Connect your PC with the USB cable supplied with your device, please note: ws1pro can only be plugged into the above jack.

4. Follow the steps in the picture below to set up the wifi.

If you encounter the following error, please check if the account you logged into PC tool and the device belongs to is the same, if the account is OK, please log out of PC tool and log into PC tool again, the problem will be solved.
