How to set up the device using the PC Tools？

1. Please login to PC Tools  with the same account as your device.

2. Connect your device to your PC using the supplied USB cable. Note: WS1-Pro can only be plugged into the above jack.

3. Follow the steps in the picture below to set up WiFi, for Ethernet setting, please select “IP Setup”.

If you encounter the following error, please check if the account you logged into PC tool and the device belongs to is the same, if the account is OK, please log out of PC tool and log into PC tool again, the problem will be solved.
