Why isn’t the probe data synced to the platform?

If you have plugged in an external probe, but there is no sign of the external probe or the data is not updated even if the probe is displayed, please refer to the following settings.

1 You need to switch on the probe's information collection function so that the probe will collect data at the intervals you set up.

2 You need to enable the icon display of the external probe so that you can see the data of the corresponding probe under APP and console.

 In App: 

PS:

Green: The icon is displayed whether or not data is uploaded from this probe.

Blue: The icon is displayed only if there is data uploaded from this probe.

Red: The icon is not displayed for this probe anyway。
